I'm not sure what I think about this article. I know that touching my toes and rolling up to standing position feels really good, and I'm not likely to stop. I think it's smart to use your stomach muscles (engage your core) when doing hard work, but I also think it's important to work the full range of flexibility (use it or lose it). So I kinda agree. What do you think?
I just added some fun performances to my events calendar. Halloween is my favorite time of year to perform! The doors are wide open to any type of idea or inspiration. I'm deciding whether I want to be a skeleton and dance to an apocalyptic song, or a deer and dance to a beautiful violin piece, or an angel, or wear the new purple costume I'm making that's not really Halloween-y at all. I suppose having too many ideas and too many possibilities is a good problem to have. Wish me luck!
